If you are unable to login to the Emby Community, you can try resetting your password here. You will then be presented with a form to complete, with your current password and your new password (twice). You can easily test this using the online web app.Ĭhanging your Emby Connect password is done via your account on the Emby Community.įrom within the Emby Community, click on your username in the top right of the screen, then click on My Profile. You're now ready to use Emby Connect with your apps.Simply click the confirm link within the email. Next select the user account if already created OR click the PLUS SIGN + to create a new user. Follow any directions you might receive in email.įrom the Server Admin Console click on USERS side menu. Then ask the owner of an Emby Server to invite you to use their server.įill out this page with user's proper information and click the CREATE MY ACCOUNT button.
With Emby Connect you no longer need to know a server's ip address in order to connect. Normally signing into a server requires three pieces of information - the server ip address, along with a username and password. Emby Connect is a free service that makes it easy to sign into your apps when away from home, and manage connections to multiple servers.
